Further to providing MEP maintenance we also provide Facilities management services that include documentation such as generation of technical documents and reports for all the equipment, maintaining daily log books, monthly reports highlighting works done, faults identified during PPMs and their rectification; Inventory Management to ensure minimum amount of consumable critical spares available maintenance of specialist sub-contractors, such as fire fighting maintenance services, fire alarm maintenance services, life maintenance services, etc. employed by the client and ensuring high quality services are delivered by them and providing specialized manpower, tools and equipment as per the requirement of the client for quick response and rectification for any maintenance works. Reactive Maintenance services are done to ensure that all the complaints are resolved within minimum time frame and with least disturbance to the customers. In addition we provide 24 hour support to the maintenance personnel we have deployed on site.
