We urgently require to recruit BMS Engineer with the following.

  • MINIMUM BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN ELECTRICAL / ELECTRONICS / CONTROL ENGINEERING OR ANY RELATED TECHNICAL DISCIPLINE.
  • MINIMUM 2 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM EXECUTION AND COMMISSIONING.
  • GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF INDUSTRY STANDARDS, INTERNATIONAL GUIDELINES (LIKE NFPA, ISO, BS) AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES AND BEST PRACTICES.
  • TEAM PLAYER AND ABLE TO MANAGE TECHNICIANS, AND CONTRACTORS.
  • ABILITY TO MANAGE BUDGET FOR PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE WORK.
  • GOOD COMMAND OF SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH.
  • ABLE TO DO PRECISE REPORT WRITING.
  • TO BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE GOOD KNOWLEDGE ON HEALTH & SAFETY (PRINCIPLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND PRACTICES).
  • TO BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE GOOD ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND ABILITY TO PLAN AND SCHEDULE WORK AND DUTIES.
  • VALID DRIVING LICENSE.

We urgently require CHILLER TECHNICIAN with the following duty and responsibility.  

    • DIPLOMA IN AIRCONDITIONING WITH TRADE CERTIFICATE.
    • ABILITY TO TROUBLESHOOT HVAC COMPONENTS WITH BUILT UP SYSTEMS, WHICH MAY INCLUDE CHILLERS, AHU, FCU, VAV, AND, PUMP, CONTROLS SYSTEMS.
    • PERFORMING EMERGENCY REPAIRS PROMPTLY AND EFFICIENTLY.
    • ABLE TO FOLLOW AND UTILIZE TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDES TO IDENTIFY PROBLEMS IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
    • CONSISTENTLY CHECKS SYSTEM OPERATIONS AND SAFETY AND LIMIT CONTROLS BEFORE LEAVING JOB LOCATIONS.
    • ABLE TO RESPOND TO HEAVY WORKLOAD OF SERVICE CALLS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
